1. Delivery Timeframes & Expectations
We provide estimated delivery dates at checkout based on your location. Please note that this timeframe includes both Processing Time (1–5 business days) and Shipping Time.
- Standard Shipping: Our estimated delivery timeframe for most countries is typically 15 – 25 business days from the date of shipment.
Important Notes on Logistics:
- Updates: The estimated timeline may change due to logistics conditions (such as peak seasons or holidays). We will update your tracking page with the latest information as needed.
- Governmental Acts: Delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, strikes, or other governmental acts may extend the delivery date. We will adjust the estimated delivery and refund date accordingly based on the circumstances.
2. Compensation for Lost or Delayed Delivery
Your peace of mind is our priority. If your order encounters delays beyond our stated policy, you are covered by our TimeSaver Guarantee.
A. Late Delivery Coupon
If your order does not arrive by the latest estimated delivery date provided at checkout, please contact us. We will issue you a coupon code for future purchases as compensation, typically within 48 hours of your request.
B. Package Lost in Transit
If your package tracking details indicate the package is officially classified as “lost in transit”, you can apply for a full refund.
C. Not Delivered After 30 Days (Standard Guarantee)
If your package has not been successfully delivered 30 days after shipment, you are eligible to apply for a refund.
- Keep the Item: If the package eventually arrives after the refund has been processed, you are welcome to keep the item free of charge as compensation for the significant delay.
D. Extreme Delay Guarantee (Applies to International Shipping)
For regions with complex logistics, if your package has not been delivered within 60 days of shipment, you can apply for a full refund and keep the item free of charge if it arrives later. This is our maximum commitment period for international tracking issues.
3. Damage Guarantee & Returns
A. Damaged Upon Arrival
If any items you ordered arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with clear photographs or a short video showing the damage. You can apply for a full refund or a free replacement item.
B. Free Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied. You can return an item within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied. The first return on each order is free (please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full instructions and eligibility).
- Note: If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts/accessories, the final refund amount will be adjusted to compensate for the lost value of the item.
